Arlington Heights, IL (May 14, 2015) —The National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) 2016 New American Home (TNAH) will open its doors to International Builders’ Show attendees on January 19, 2016. Designed and built by Element Design Build, and presented by NAHB’s Leading Suppliers Council, the 5,200-square-foot contemporary “Desert Elegance” home will offer gracious living, energy efficiency and sustainability, and spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip.
2016 TNAH features an Elvoron In-Line Home Elevator, manufactured by bronze-level sponsor Garaventa Lift. The elevator has a hands-free telephone built into the control panel. The company says its patented chain dampeners and offset sprockets help to make it the quietest home elevator available on the market today.
The Garaventa Lift Group is a global organization that manufactures home elevators, wheelchair lifts and LULA elevators. According to the company, “Our name stands for reliability, safety and innovation. Reliability: Reliable products, reliable services, on-time delivery. Safety: Passenger safety, public safety, safe practices. Innovation: Innovative products, design creativity, unique solutions.”

The complimentary shuttles will be provided for registered IBS/KBIS and International Window Coverings Expo attendees. Attendees can pick up tickets at TNAH’s booth, located on the Central Concourse of the Las Vegas Convention Center, on the morning of their chosen tour date.
